Important Notice
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CodideAgent, including the web portal and mobile applications used for helpdesk, ticketing, device registration, notifications, and related support services. By accessing or using CodideAgent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
About CodideAgent
CodideAgent is operated by Codide. The service is designed for organizations, administrators, technicians, and authorized users to raise support tickets, track ticket status, exchange comments, upload supporting files, receive notifications, and manage support-related device or app records.
Eligibility and Authorized Use
CodideAgent is intended for authorized organizational or business use. You may use the service only if your organization, administrator, or Codide has permitted you to access it. You must use the service only for legitimate helpdesk, support, maintenance, device registration, and notification purposes.
User Account and Login
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities performed through your account. You must not share your account access with unauthorized persons, impersonate another user, or attempt to access any account, ticket, device, or organization record that you are not permitted to access.
Tickets, Comments, and Support Communication
Users may raise support tickets, view ticket status, add messages, and upload information required to explain or resolve an issue. Administrators and technicians may review, comment, assign, update, or close tickets according to their permitted role. All ticket activity should be accurate, respectful, and relevant to the support request.
Attachments and Uploaded Files
You may upload images, videos, documents, or other permitted files as evidence or supporting information for a ticket. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, offensive, confidential, infected, or unauthorized content. Codide may restrict, remove, or block files that appear unsafe, irrelevant, or inappropriate for the service.
Device and App Registration
CodideAgent may register user devices, app installations, push notification tokens, platform information, device names, login activity, and other technical details needed to provide secure access, notifications, audit history, and support operations. Where an organization uses the device agent or related inventory features, device information may be collected and shown to authorized administrators for asset and support purposes.
Notifications
CodideAgent may send web, Android, or iOS notifications for ticket creation, assignment, updates, comments, closure, account activity, or important service messages. You may control mobile push notification permissions from your device settings, but disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive timely support updates.
